Open thy eyes I beg of thee!
I wish to undoubtedly see:
Thy heart, thy hurt, thy desire...
I wish to know the core of the fire.
The fire that blazeth within mine soul.
The inferno that from thee, into me: stroll.
Oh Beauty! Open thy orbs wide!
Let me have thy vulnerability subside.
Embrace thee with strong arms I will,
Protect thee from life’s harshness and winter’s chill.
Caress thy lush lips with passionate mine,
And bless thee with grace and fine wine.
But first: Open thy eyes.
Let me be acquainted with thy cries,
Strong and Mighty I shalt be for thee.
Beautiful and Graceful thee shalt be for me.
Let me be thy pillar, thy shield,
against thy oppressors I shalt the sword wield!
Let me love thee to thy heart’s contentedness.
Let me mine heart’s fear and struggle confess.
Hear my being as no other,
For I desire for thee to be mine lover.
