For today let me not be Cinderella
I do not want to have a stepmother to
“mingle” my mind and press all the default
buttons to trigger reaction from me

to make me feel that
I am not valued
make me feel I’m in the way

I was there first
she buggered up my world
she took the love from me
love my dad had for me
she came and took it all away

for today let me not be Cinderella

hierdie is 'n seer kreet na dit wat van jou geneem is op 'n wyse jy geen beheer gehad het aan nie! daardie is die moeilikste om te verwerp no control no weapon yet you carry the burden!
Hierdie is seer diep van ons tyd goed uit gebeeld!
