if you know it but cant touch it
when its only a faint smell
A taste remembered
A shadow on a wall
A sound from the past
when it stays visible but unreachable
how do you articulate emotions you don’t know or have
A Longing you cant fathom in coalescence
that sense of loss of you know not what
where do you get words for something nameless
something that’s breathing without a heartbeat
A friendship screaming to the world with it’s defeated voice
what do you call the over bearing desire and lust
when its not there
were do you go when you’re not here
dwelling in the land of dreams
describing reality as it gets swirled together in a heap of misery
